Right now is 2 AM in the morning. I couldn't sleep. My wrist hurts. Life went ABSOLUTELY abnormal lately. Not a big deal. Yet I couldn't sleep for days. It's not likely I was too stressful or anything. I just don't have the desire to sleep. It feel as if I forgot the technique of sleep. Sigh. Am I had too much physics these days?

It is over. The last day of high school. :)

2004. 05. 11

Count down of high school. Hard to believe now I am a "bloody third grader" - we called the 12th grade students bloody third grader 'cause the grade mark on our uniform - and am going to graduate in one month.

The volleyball court was drowned by acclamations this afternoon; it was the inter-class volleyball competition again. I could still remember I standing by the court, with my Nikon Fm2 in hand, trying to capture the best moment of ever. I could still see my classmate won one game after the other, and the final game that kept us from top four. And I could still hear their cheers and weeps - it was the joy of winning and the sorrow of loosing brought us together.

Then, it was the redistribution of classes. Though separated from old classmates, redistribution also brought me a new group of friends/classmates, whom are more distinctive compare with the old ones. In the past two years we have celebrated New Year, Christmas, Halloween, April Fools, and all sorts of holidays together. We play pranks on teachers together, preparing exams together, compete in school anniversary games together. There were days of long night studying at school, and long day practicing out of school. Even more, I had the opportunity to study for Biology Olympiad with Anetha whose aim is Physics Olympiad, and Betty the chemistry lover. Not to mention the CD made for math teacher's birthday, which had everyone's voice recorded, and the huge cake we bought.

There are too many memories I had in KGHS. The weekends and weekdays in physics lab because of science fair, and the tiny research of pollens in biology lab. The computer and the 6 meters equipment we have set up in physics lab, the microscopes and the smell of xylene in biology lab, all of these were the golden days of my high school years. The harshness of Dean's Office and their irrational demands, though was a not-so-good memory, made me see the silliness of people. Not to forget the famous PE classes in KGHS - our one and only PE teacher Indian Joe.

Maybe not all the moments were happy and encouraging, KGHS, this bizarre but warm community had showed me the little details of life and point out a wide and open road of future. I know I will miss it.
