Curious about where can find high quality Gymnastic videos to download? GymnStands, Gymnastics Multimedia Zone and Bernhard's gymnastic page will definitely be the best choices. On the other hand, Trăiasc?Romania is one of the best sites about Romanian Gymnastics. :)
"Why are you putting these links?" you ask. Several days ago a letter from Romania reminds me there are so much gymnastic lover & fans upon the internet. It was Vlad who sent the letter. With the letter was a photo of him and his aunt's cat, look:
.gif)
On the envelope, you will definitely notice that he spent 15000 * 2 + 4600 * 2 + 500 * 3 = 40700 Leu on the stamps. Hmm... Romanian postage seems pretty costy... Cum se spune în românește la post-office? Poșt? I'm learning Romanian right now, but I can hardly find a teacher in Taiwan. Two Romanians, Andi (Andreea) and Andrei volunteered to teach me Romanian, but... hehe... the lessons are not really starting yet. Well, I am looking for Romanian teachers, so if you are willing to teach me Romanian, please contact me. V?rog! Mulțumesc! Hehe... I have trouble organizing my English writing today. But I want to learn Romanian that is for sure. :D

Nice, nice, everything works nearly perfect in Netscape 6, even in some sites that are "IE only." Only one thing is different: I cannot see the "delete" button in blogger.com. Wait... I just saw it. Ah, I am sort of odd today. Perhaps yesterday was too tiring. Two of my coaches of TQ this year were been forced to leave the team due to some unexpected problems. I really hope they can get through the problems soon. After all, the kinds of problems are not good things to anyone. I will not like them happen on neither my family nor my friends. Wish them the best luck! Nevertheless, there is still one coach left. Tho according to the rules of TQIC 2001, we need to find at least one more coach who is over 21. Otherwise, we will not be eligible to participate. That will be really hard to find a new coach this time. We only have 7 days to look for news coaches. But because one of my coach's help makes the process became a little bit easier. Thank you so much, Mrs. A. :) Kind of off topic, hun? These days, my windows has been crashing all the time. And even with some strange problems! For example, I sometimes receive the connecting failure while using IE. But I still can use Netscape surfing the net. Cannot see any fonts while using Word or Photo Impact. Linked to the wrong site automatically by using IE (typing blogger.com but connected to unpretty.net). Font types in C:\windows\fonts starting missing one-by-one, day-by-day. And they are just SMALL problems. I am really afraid of maybe one day my computer will be totally crashed and all my works will be gone. Hmm... I am now seriously considering changing the operating system to Linux. I do not want to take chances with Windows every day. And no, I will not upgrade my windows. Microsoft has already loss my trust. People can easily tell that Bill Gates and his Microsoft is losing their customers, and the situation will not change unless they start produce good software.
P.S. Almost forgot, thanks Jermine for linking me!

How dumb I am! There was a conspicuous bug in my gbook script and I did not realize until nearly 24 hours later! The bug has been discovered while I was writing on a small tracker script. The gbook script was working smoothly before uploaded. (I installed PHP on my local computer so I can run the scripts without oploading to the web.) I used foreach() function to let the script print out the entries one by one. But I did not notice foreach() is only support by PHP 4 and what we have on unpretty.net is PHP 3. So I replace foreach() by for(). I thought it works, because there were only two entries in the database at the time. After someone (Carolina, I suppose! Thank you!) posted the third entry, the bug became obvious. The script won't show up any entries besides the first entry and the second entry. lol! What a stupid mistake! Ahahhahhahaha... I think I am going to laughing all day long for that mistake. :p Sometimes "catching bugs (debug)" is an amusing exercise, althought it usually annoys me. :D P.S. And during debugging, I did not even think of using while() instead foreach() until 20 minutes later. The bug was gone right after I changed for() into while(). Ooh, gosh! Hahahahahhahaha... Thanks for the people who signed my gbook! Sorry for the bug in the script that made you wondered "Where did the entry I typed go?". I am sure you can see them now! (Oops! Hope there is no bug left.)

Surprise, surprise! On the map of Budapest, the capital of Hungary, you can see a road named "Bartók, Béla Út." clearly. [map1 - P9-P10] [map2 - Q8-P10] Also there is a place named "Sînnicolau Mare" can be found on the map of Romania around 64?S which is the former Nagyszentmiklós of Hungary, the birth place of Bartók. How interesting!? :p

Lookie! I wrote a new guest book script using PHP. Yay! What don't you go there and sign it and tell me what you feel afterwards? Thanks! :) Oh, by the way, DO NOT try to hack it, because it will be easily hacked. It is challenge-less. :p And I'm not yet have time to make it look nicer. :/ So... :p Another thing, I forget to add the time stamp... or you can say I'm too lazy to do that... well... hehehehe... lol! I'm not so normal right now... gtg, bye! P.S. It's quite nice I wrote the script in two hours. But seems like still a little bit too slow? (The speed of writing a PHP script.) Got to practice more often. :) (Hey, I want to be a programmer... in two years. :p) (Impossible, I'm doing daydreams again.)

New layout... with a photo of Kim and me and a photo my parents took in Geneva. Looks kinda messy and loads too slow (maybe?). Gosh, I really need to take some time to get back to my old level. It is been too long since the last time I done something as good as when I was at feisty.nu/pure. Guess I am a little bit too tired... Hmm...

I get really tired of doing things like computer things. And that is why I did not post anything in the past few days. Oh, yeah, only four days. But sometimes I wonder, if, not people who are at the other side of the earth, but people around you, think all the creativeness and hard works worth nothing, then why should I do this? Spend most of my time, my holiday, and my free time on this and get nothing back? Nevertheless, I am not going to stop. I still got my friends and parents supporting me. (Right, Dad? I know you are reading this. :p) Although the teachers who think themselves are great and students must repect them, and give students no way to success, are all around inside every school we can see in Taiwan. They are just worms. Oh yeah. Sorry for the teachers who been nice to students, I am not talking about you. You rocks. But I am talking about those arrogant people who profess themselves as "educators."
Well, just grumbling a bit, cause I am not in a good mood after knowing the school I am going to - Kaohsiung Girls' High School - do not validate the gold award (1st place) of 2000 Taiwan CyberFair that my friends and I have won. Which also means they do not sanction what I have done on this site. You might not really understand what I mean. It is a long story. I am happen to be the very first generation who tried the recent new education system. First we got a national exams, and we have to using the score we got in the exams to apply the senior high school we prefer. And not everyone can enroll after sent out the application. The school will also have some special conditions. For example, competition results. Like if you won the gold in IMO, because it is an international competition, you can get 46 extra points. And if you are the national champion, you will get 24 extra points. The school I am going to, divided the 38 points I got by winning the silver in ThinkQuest into 3. So I only got 12.7 extra points. But everyone knows it takes much more work and time to win the silver of ThinkQuest than win the silver of IMO. They should not divide the points. Especially all my teammates are in other countries, I cannot see there is any reason they should do that. In addition, my friends and I are the national champion of 2000 Cyberfair. We suppose get the 24 points, but we did not. As I mentioned, they do not validate the result. And not only KGHS made that decision that, but KSHS also have the same decision, though these two schools work independently and are both listed as the top 1 schools of Kaohsiung city. However, just complaining at here will not make any difference in the future. I think I am going to express these to the top boss of Taiwan Ministry of Education.

I am sick again. Perhaps cold viruses just love me too much. I only get rid of them for two weeks, they already started miss me, hun? I hate viruses. But thanks to the cold viruses that cause my absent of school today, I finally added something new on this site. At here. And a new layout for my TQ 2001 site: Unlock the Genius. (Hey, do not be too nervous, I am not the content writer of Unlock the Genius! Well, at least not the English content writer. You can easily tell how suck my english is, right? :p Our content writer is CheeYong, and he got a nice site at here!) (Why I am off the topic again?) Do not forget to tell me what do you think about the layout, ok? Thanks!!!

She changed the layout again, oh, yes, Betcha changed the layout again. Amazing. What can I say? She is a genius!

Why my parents always "announce" they are going to somewhere for few days and I AM going with them just only two days, no, two hours, no no no, even two minutes, right before they leave? Well, I am saying this is because they did this again today! They told me that WE are going to KingMen (my mom's hometwon, which is across the Taiwan Strait) on this Sunday and stay there for three days. It is nice to visite where I used to live and my grandparents & cousins, but it is not nice at all that this information came so late. That means I have to leave all my works of TQ and take two school days off, which will including one PHP programming class (even though I never listen on the class, but... I just like programming) and one psychology class (hey, did I ever mention I am HIGHLY interested in psychology?). It is a lot to me! Hmm... but who cares! Jaen has been gone for a whole week anyway! I am not the only one who leave the team in pretermission, right? (Oh, how irresponsible! lol!) :p Nah, just joking! TQ 2001 is not actually begin yet though, and it will not be the end of the world. (Hopefully!) I think maybe I have took to serious on it and losted the fun of working with my teammates. Oh, man, I should have some break! OK, I will be right back! lol! Wait, here is a news. My mom just "informed" me that if I do not want to visite KingMen on next week, it will be fine to her (although she looked a kind of disappointed). Thanks mom, and sorry too! I know she want to see her parents and her younger sister who just back from USA. But... (selfish me!) Sorry, sorry! I told her that she can go along with my father without me, just leave me home. But she responsed she will feel worried about me if I am "home alone." (Hey, do not be worried about me, mom. It will not like the movie "home alone" though! :p ) I can tell she is really miss her family in KingMen. Hmm... (Wodering what will be that best to do right now.) Beyond that, I started doing researches on our new TQ topic. Haha, it is really funny that now TQ seems become the central of my life, everything is TQ this, TQ that. Do I get into TQ too much? I wonder. Oh, and my recent goal (the one just came up today *giggle*) is training my brain - ten times harder than usual - to be prepared for further competitions & challenges, participate in IMO (International Mathematical Olympiad), you know! Especially IMO 2002 will be held in UK. and IMO 2004 will be held in Greece. Hey, I did not know that IMO 1999 were held in Bucuresti (Bucharest), Romania! Hmm... but by inference, the math ability I have right now is impossible to make the national team of IMO. So I have to get the best development and reach the highest possibility before my brain stop growing. Oh, yas, people learn since they born until they dead, but the brain stop growing at the age of 16 (around). Once your brain stopped growing, the speed of learning will slow down and settled (not going down, but stay the same, not better, not worse) then started going down at the age of 70. There is only two years left for me! Ooh... The next Einstein? Hopefully! But probably never be me! :p
